Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days free with Starter limits: 400 keyword checks a week on our servers, unlimited checks in the desktop app and 20 AI prompt checks a week. No card needed: sign up with your name and email, open the invite link we email you, create your password, and the 14 days start. When the trial ends, checks pause until you buy a plan; your projects and history are kept.
What counts as a keyword check?
One keyword checked once on our servers, in one location on one device. Checking the same keyword in two cities counts as two. Checks that run in the desktop app don’t count, so they’re unlimited.
What happens when I reach my weekly limit?
Server checks stop until your weekly allowance restarts, 7 days after it started. A check that’s already running moves to the desktop app if it’s open, or pauses and carries on by itself when the app connects or the week restarts. Checks in the desktop app keep working at any time. You can see this week’s usage at the top of every page in the app.
What is an AI prompt check?
One question asked in ChatGPT and Gemini, with the answers checked for your brand, your site and your competitors. AI prompt checks always run on our servers.
How much do I save with yearly billing?
20%. Starter is $192 a year instead of $240, and Pro is $384 a year instead of $480, paid in one payment.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. In the app, press Choose a plan or Upgrade at the top of any page to buy a different plan. For larger volumes, ask for an Agency quote.
How do I pay, and when can I start?
Choose a plan, enter your name and work email, and continue to payment. We email you a payment link; as soon as your payment is in, we email your invite link to create your password and sign in. If you already have an account (for example a free trial), your workspace simply moves to the new plan.
